Before you email

A few seconds of detail help us solve your issue faster. When you reach out, please include whatever's relevant:

What to include

  1. Your device — iPhone, iPad, or Mac, and the model if you know it.
  2. OS version — iOS, iPadOS, or macOS version from Settings → General → About.
  3. Finyx Ledger version — Settings → About inside the app.
  4. What happened vs. what you expected — even one sentence each is plenty.
  5. Steps to reproduce, if the issue is repeatable.
  6. Screenshots or a screen recording for anything visual.

Common support topics

Restore purchases

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Finyx Ledger → Settings → Premium → Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe. If Premium doesn't return, email us with the Apple ID's first-party email and the approximate purchase date.

Cancel or manage subscription

On iPhone/iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Finyx Ledger. On Mac: App Store → your profile → Subscriptions. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Premium until then.

iCloud sync not working

Check that you're signed into the same Apple ID on every device and that iCloud Drive is on. Inside Finyx Ledger, Settings → iCloud shows status and has a forced refresh. If it still won't sync, send us the exact message shown on that screen.

Refund requests

All purchases go through Apple, so refunds are handled through Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple denies a request you believe was in error, let us know — we can sometimes help advocate for it.

Data export or account closure

Your data is stored locally and in your own iCloud, not on our servers. To export it, use Settings → Export inside the app. To remove it, delete entries or uninstall Finyx Ledger and turn off its iCloud data in Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage.
