Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Finyx Ledger → Settings → Premium → Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe. If Premium doesn't return, email us with the Apple ID's first-party email and the approximate purchase date.
Premium & billing in Help →On iPhone/iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Finyx Ledger. On Mac: App Store → your profile → Subscriptions. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Premium until then.
Apple subscription help →Check that you're signed into the same Apple ID on every device and that iCloud Drive is on. Inside Finyx Ledger, Settings → iCloud shows status and has a forced refresh. If it still won't sync, send us the exact message shown on that screen.
iCloud sync in Help →All purchases go through Apple, so refunds are handled through Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple denies a request you believe was in error, let us know — we can sometimes help advocate for it.
Your data is stored locally and in your own iCloud, not on our servers. To export it, use Settings → Export inside the app. To remove it, delete entries or uninstall Finyx Ledger and turn off its iCloud data in Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage.
