These Terms govern your use of Finyx Ledger, provided by Finyx Origin Labs LLP. By downloading, installing, or using Finyx Ledger, you agree to these Terms.
Users between 13 and 18 may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Finyx Ledger is a personal income tracking and financial organization tool and is not a bank, broker, investment advisor, financial planner, tax advisor, accountant, or regulated financial institution.
The App provides informational summaries, tax estimates, and financial insights based on user-entered data and does not provide financial, tax, investment, accounting, or legal advice.
All summaries, calculations, projections, tax estimates, and analytics are generated automatically and may contain errors or incomplete information. They should not be relied upon for tax filings, legal purposes, financial reporting, or professional accounting.
You are responsible for verifying all income, transaction, and financial information before relying on it for any purpose.
Your data is stored locally on your device and may be synced via Apple iCloud if enabled.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. The App does not guarantee that data will always be recoverable.
Finyx Ledger stores financial data locally on your device and may optionally sync data using Apple iCloud services. Because these services depend on Apple infrastructure and your Apple account configuration, we cannot guarantee that data will always remain available or synchronized across devices.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your financial data using the tools provided within the app. While Finyx Ledger provides backup and restore functionality, successful recovery cannot be guaranteed in all situations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finyx Ledger shall not be responsible for any loss of financial data, corrupted files, synchronization issues, or other data-related problems resulting from device failures, software errors, Apple services, user actions, or other external factors.
The App relies on Apple services including iCloud and StoreKit. We are not responsible for interruptions or failures of these services.
Finyx Ledger operates on Apple platforms and may use Apple services such as iCloud and StoreKit.
Apple Inc. is not responsible for the App, its content, functionality, maintenance, or support.
Your use of Apple services is subject to Apple's own terms and privacy policies.
Payments for premium features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases are processed by Apple Inc. through the App Store.
We do not collect, store, or process your payment details.
Billing, subscription management, and refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies.
Any billing disputes or refund requests must be directed to Apple.
Finyx Ledger may offer optional AI-assisted features such as category suggestions, entry clean-up, summaries, or insight generation. These features are provided for convenience only.
AI-generated output is informational, may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and does not constitute financial, tax, investment, accounting, or legal advice. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated suggestions before acting on them.
AI processing may occur on-device or, where necessary, through AI services supporting the feature. Your financial data is not used to train third-party AI models. You may choose not to use AI-assisted features without losing access to core income tracking.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finyx Ledger is not liable for decisions made in reliance on AI-generated output.
Tax rates, tax estimates, take-home income calculations, and related features are provided for informational and convenience purposes only.
You are responsible for verifying tax treatment independently and consulting a qualified professional where needed.
If your device or Apple ID is compromised, we are not responsible for unauthorized access to your information.
The App may introduce integrations with additional services in the future. Continued use constitutes acceptance of such functionality.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, disputes should ordinarily be resolved in courts located in India.
Your use of this App is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
