Finyx Ledger is designed to help users track income, manage entries, and understand financial summaries such as gross income, tax estimates, and take-home income.
Finyx Ledger stores your financial data locally on your device and optionally within your Apple iCloud account.
We do not operate servers to collect or store your income, transaction, or financial tracking data.
Optional diagnostics logs remain local to your device unless you choose to export them.
Finyx Ledger does not use advertising SDKs or behavioral tracking technologies.
Apple may collect limited diagnostics or usage data according to your device settings. We do not receive your financial records from Apple.
We cannot access, view, or retrieve your personal financial data stored on your device or within iCloud.
iCloud sync may be enabled by default to help keep your data consistent across your Apple devices. You can manage iCloud settings at any time through your device settings.
If enabled, Apple manages syncing across your devices. Data may be stored on Apple infrastructure located in various regions.
iCloud functionality is provided by Apple Inc. Data stored within iCloud is subject to Apple's privacy and security practices.
iCloud infrastructure may store data in different geographic regions depending on Apple's systems.
Because Finyx Ledger relies on Apple device storage and Apple iCloud services, data availability may depend on the proper functioning of these systems. Users are encouraged to create periodic backups using the tools provided within the app.
The App may request access to notifications, files, reminders, or device storage to enable optional features such as backups, imports, exports, and reminders. These permissions are user-controlled.
All imports and exports occur locally on your device. Files are stored only where you choose.
Finyx Ledger may generate optional technical diagnostics logs to help investigate app performance issues or technical errors such as sync delays, backup failures, or import problems.
These logs:
• are created locally on your device
• never include financial data such as transactions, balances, or categories
• never include personal identifiers
• are not automatically transmitted to us
You may:
• enable or disable diagnostics logging
• review logs before sharing
• choose whether to export logs
Exporting diagnostics logs is entirely optional and initiated by you.
Finyx Ledger does not automatically collect or receive diagnostics data.
Finyx Ledger may include optional AI-assisted features such as category suggestions, entry clarification, or summary generation. These features are designed to support faster income logging and clearer insights.
AI processing favors on-device execution where supported by Apple platforms. Where on-device processing is not available, limited, non-financial context may be sent to AI services only when you actively trigger such a feature.
Finyx Ledger does not use your financial records to train third-party AI models. Your income entries, balances, tax inputs, and similar data are not shared with AI providers for model training purposes.
AI-assisted suggestions are informational only. They are not financial, tax, investment, or accounting advice, and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You remain responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated output before relying on it.
You can choose not to use AI-assisted features, and doing so does not restrict access to core income tracking functionality.
When you use tax-related features in Finyx Ledger, the app may display estimates based on the tax rate or inputs you provide. These estimates are generated locally within the app for informational purposes only.
Finyx Ledger does not provide professional tax advice, and tax estimates should not be relied upon for tax filing, legal, or accounting purposes.
Security depends on your device protections such as passcode or biometric authentication.
If your device or Apple account is compromised, we are not responsible for unauthorized access.
Finyx Ledger is not directed to children under 13.
Payments are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment information.
Your data remains under your control and is retained only as long as you choose to keep it.
You may delete your data at any time within the App, remove the App from your device, or disable iCloud sync through your device settings.
You may also contact us to request clarification regarding how the App handles data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. If changes are significant, we may provide notice within the App where feasible.
