Finyx Dice is designed for children and families. A parent or legal guardian should download and set up the App and accepts these Terms on behalf of any child who uses it.
Finyx Dice is a virtual dice roller for games and play. Each roll is generated randomly on your device. The App is provided for entertainment and is not intended for gambling, betting, or any purpose where money or prizes depend on the result.
Shake-to-roll works best with a gentle shake. Please make sure children hold the device securely, and supervise young children while they play.
We are not responsible for damage to devices caused by dropping or throwing them.
Finyx Dice is free to use and contains no advertising or in-app purchases. If this changes in future versions, purchases will be handled by Apple and placed behind a parental gate.

The App, including its design, graphics, sounds, and code, is owned by Finyx Origin Labs LLP and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the App except as permitted by Apple's license terms.
Finyx Dice runs on Apple platforms. Apple Inc. is not responsible for the App, its content, functionality, maintenance, or support.
Your use of Apple services is subject to Apple's own terms and privacy policies.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finyx Origin Labs LLP is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, disputes should ordinarily be resolved in courts located in India.
Your use of this App is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
