Finyx Dice is a simple dice app for children and families. It replaces physical dice for board games and works completely offline.
We built Finyx Dice to collect nothing about the people who use it, especially children.
We do not collect, store, or share any personal information.
Finyx Dice has no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics, no tracking, and no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. The app does not connect to our servers, and we do not operate servers that receive data from the app.
Finyx Dice saves only your app settings, such as the number of dice, dice colour, and whether sound and vibration are on. These settings stay on your device and are removed when you delete the app.
Dice rolls are not recorded or stored.
Finyx Dice is designed for children. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country).
Areas meant for grown-ups, such as sending feedback, opening our website, or viewing this policy, are behind a parental gate: a question that a grown-up must answer before continuing.
If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
A parent or guardian may choose to send us feedback from inside the app. This opens an email in the device's Mail app, and nothing is sent unless you press Send.
If you leave “Include Diagnostics” turned on, the email includes basic technical details: app version and build, iOS version, device model, language and region, time zone, and available storage. It does not include personal information or dice history. You can turn diagnostics off or review everything before sending.
We use feedback emails only to reply to you and improve the app. You can ask us to delete your emails at any time.
Finyx Dice does not ask for access to your camera, microphone, photos, contacts, location, or notifications.
Shake-to-roll uses the standard iOS shake gesture. Motion data is not stored or shared.
Apple may collect limited crash reports or usage statistics based on your device settings (for example, “Share with App Developers”). This is controlled by you in iOS Settings and handled under Apple's privacy policy. It does not identify you to us.
Finyx Dice has no in-app purchases or advertising.
Because we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data held by us that could be exposed. Your settings are protected by your device's own security.
You can change or reset settings at any time, or delete the app to remove all data it stored on your device.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above.
