A few details help us fix things faster:
Tap the dice, press the big Roll! button, or give your phone a gentle shake. Choose 1, 2 or 3 dice with the buttons above Roll!. With more than one die, the total appears under the dice.
Finyx Dice follows the silent switch, so check that your iPhone isn't on silent and the volume is up. Also check that Rolling sound is on in the app's Settings.
Give the phone a short, firm shake while the dice screen is open. Shaking doesn't work while Settings is open. If it still doesn't respond, restart the app. And please hold the phone securely!
Tap the palette button at the top right and pick Bubblegum, Ocean, Sunshine, Mint or Grape. The app remembers your choice.
Links, feedback and legal pages are protected by a parental gate, a quick maths question for grown-ups, so children don't leave the app by accident. This is required for apps in the App Store's Kids category.
